Project: Commissioned by Tbilisi City Hall, the "State Construction Company", Ltd. reconstructed one of the roads leading to Tsavkisi borough.

Within the framework of the project, damaged soil was removed on an 889-meter-long road; sand-gravel mixture and fractured pebbles were used to create a foundation for the road; asphalt concrete layer was laid; in order to protect the foundation of the road, water-drainage pipe was implanted.

Rehabilitation of the road commenced in February, 2016 and was completed in March, the same year.

Financing: "State Construction Company", Ltd. carried out reconstruction works on one of the roads leading to Tsavkisi, as well as rehabilitation on Ghoghoberidze street, fundamental repairs on Agladze street, and construction works on the road connecting Sameba with the temple currently under construction on Makhata mountain, based on the procurement bid announced by Tbilisi City Hall. The total procurement value amounts to 5,049,999 GEL.

Employment Status: There were 20 people employed.

Outcome: This road, leading to Tsavkisi borough, was constructed in Soviet times and had not been repaired ever since. Correspondingly, it was in dire need of fundamental repairs. After completion of civil works, traveling on the road became safer and more comfortable.
