With the financial support of Municipal Development Fund of Georgia and by order of "Zimo" LTD, "State Construction Company" constructed 11 modern, 4-storey buildings for internally displaced people.

In order to bring houses into livable conditions, laminate flooring was made in every single apartment; windows and metal doors were installed as well as water heater tanks, gas stoves and chandeliers. Each building was supplied with electricity, gas, water and sewage systems.

As part of the project sport and children's playgrounds were built, as well as attractions and a recreation park where the company planted 500 trees. Inner trails were covered with asphalt-concrete, a road leading to the neighborhood was built and parking lots were set up.
