Project: Commissioned by Tbilisi City Hall, the "State Construction Company", Ltd. rehabilitated 4 streets in Tskneti borough. On Kostava, Tbilisi, Tabidze and Saakadze streets, the road carpet with a total length of 2 kilometers was replaced, two-layered asphalt concrete carpet was laid, existing observation and water-drainage wells, as well as sidewalks have been arranged; curbs were replaced and entrances to the yards refurbished.

Civil works were carried out commenced in 2016.  

Financing: The total value of rehabilitating all four streets of Tskneti borough amounted to GEL 995,000.

Employment Status: There were 32 people employed at the site.

Outcome: After the completion of the project, using the streets turned into a more comfortable experience.
