Chechelashvili Street Rehabilitation in Tbilisi

Project: Commissioned by Tbilisi City Hall, the "State Construction Company", Ltd. is rehabilitated Chechelashvili Street in Tbilisi. Within the framework of the project, on the 1.5 km-long road foundation was arranged, two layers of asphalt concrete was laid, sidewalks were paved and basalt curbs installed; observation and water-drainage wells were rehabilitated, and junctions leading to the yards were arranged.

Implementation of the project commenced in April, 2016.

Financing: "State Construction Company", Ltd. carried out the rehabilitation works on Chechelashvili Street, as well as reconstruction-rehabilitation works on the road connecting Sameba with the temple currently under construction on Makhata mountain, Agladze street, Ghoghoberidze street and one of the roads leading to Tsavkisi based on the procurement bid announced by Tbilisi City Hall. The total procurement value amounts to GEL 5,049,999.

Employment Status: There were 30 people employed at the site.

Outcome: After implementation of the project, travelling on the street became more comfortable.
