As a result of correct management of funds allocated through awarded state procurement contract, the "State Construction Company", Ltd. is rehabilitating one more street in Tbilisi under the same procurement contract - Chechelashvili street repair works are under way in Nadzaladevi District.

Within the framework of the project, foundation will be laid on the street with a total length of 1.5 kilometers, two-layered asphalt concrete carpet will be laid, sidewalks and basalt curbs will be arranged, observation and water-drainage wells will be rehabilitated, and driveways to the yards refurbished.

At the moment, ground works for preparing the foundation have been completed, aggregate has been transported to the site, and 330 meters of linear curbs replaced. Project implementation commenced in April, 2016 and will be completed in July. 30 people are employed at the site.

"State Construction Company", Ltd. is carrying out the rehabilitation works on Chechelashvili Street, as well as construction works on the road connecting Sameba with the temples currently under construction on Makhata mountain, Agladze street, Ghoghoberidze street and one of the roads leading to Tsavkisi, based on the procurement bid announced by Tbilisi City Hall. The total procurement value amounts to GEL 5,049,999.
