Construction of Dedoplistskaro Hospital Continues Actively

"State Construction Company", Ltd. under the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia is constructing a polyclinic in Dedoplistskaro.

Construction of the new hospital continues actively. Today, Eka Sepashvili, Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Ioseb Ozashvili, Director of "State Construction Company", Ltd., Nikoloz Janiashvili, Gamgebeli of Dedoplistskaro, and Khatuna Zurikashvili, chief doctor of the existing hospital surveyed the construction process.

The new hospital will replace the existing one in the city, which is currently practically entirely damaged. The project envisages construction of a one-storey building with an attic. It will have a modern design and a yard. Currently, the walls of the building have already been constructed, the pipes implanted and plasterboard walls are being built, as well as installation of ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems are ongoing. Daubing and roofing works are also under way.

The new clinic will offer its services to the population of Dedoplistskaro and 16 of its surrounding villages, a total of 32,531 residents. The new polyclinic will be provided with modern equipment and will offer all sorts of medical treatment to patients.

The project is financed jointly through state and municipal budgets and its total value amounts to GEL 3,700,000.

Construction of the polyclinic in Dedoplistskaro commenced in December, 2014 and will be completed this year.
