Construction of all 11 buildings of a multi profile hospital complex is undergoing simultaneously in Rukhi. First Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Giorgi Amashukeli together with Deputy Minister of Energy of Georgia, Ilia Eloshvili and Deputy Head of "Partnership Fund", Natia Turnava observed ongoing works on site today.

"State Construction Company" Ltd started construction of Rukhi multi profile hospital on August 25, 2014 by order of the government of Georgia.

The healthcare complex consists of: main building which is made of 7 blocks; pathological anatomy, canteen, sterilization, power and boiler buildings. Some of these constructions will be 5 and others, 2 floor buildings.

On the territory of this healthcare complex, an auditorium and a library will be built for medical students and residents which will enable them to improve their qualifications; Construction of a dormitory is also planned which will provide accommodation for residents, patients and their family members. Sports facilities, parking lots, inner trails, pools and gardens will be set up on clinic territory as well.

Currently, construction of 11 buildings is undergoing and some of them are on the stage of completion. All works are conducted in compliance with safety, environmental and seismic standards. 145 workers are employed on the construction. 85% of the workforce consists of local residents.
