Construction of Tetnuldi Ski resort is undergoing according to the plan

State Construction Company Ltd of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia is constructing Tetnuldi ski resort in Mestia municipality on command of "Tetnuldi Development" company.

At first stage, 5 ski lift stations with total length of 5.9 km, 18 ski slopes with total length of 25 km, water supply and sewage system, electricity, mountain drainage systems, infrastructure facilities, administration buildings, parking lots  and other necessary facilities are being constructed. 

"State Construction Company" LTD has carried out wood cutting works, arranged 75% of ski slopes and completed 75% of necessary groundworks. The company is also constructing electric sub-station, water supply building and water reservoirs.  

Tetnuldi is a unique winter resort, active during all four seasons of the year. The resort enables vacationers to enjoy climbing, water-rafting, horse riding, paragliding, skiing, snowboarding and mountaineering.

Tetnuldi ski resort will boast the longest - 9,5 km track and 1,7 km ski slope with the steepest fall line. It should be noted that skiing season on Tetnuldi lasts for 6-7 months.

Total cost of the project is GEL 100 mln and is financed jointly by Georgian and French Governments. GEL 15 mln is allocated for works carried out by the company.

101 workers are employed on the construction. Completion of the first phase works are planned by the end of the year.
